Lexus Trip Interruption Insurance & Roadside Assistance
Every L/Certified Lexus vehicle also comes with access to Lexus Roadside Assistance. This service can be utilized from an app for your convenience. Another part of the L/Certified Program is trip interruption insurance in case of emergency. If your L/Certified Lexus happens to break down while you are out of town on a trip, Lexus will reimburse you for up to three days of lodging and meals while your Lexus is being repaired. Lexus will also offer reimbursement for up to five days of a rental car in this situation.
Complimentary Loaner Vehicles and Maintenance
Also included in the L/Certified Program is factory recommended maintenance. Your L/Certified vehicle’s next four factory recommended maintenance visits for two years or 20,000 miles is complimentary. Lexus will also provide you with a complimentary loaner vehicle if your L/Certified vehicle needs repairs that take more than eight hours during this maintenance visit.
